We will pick you up from your hotel to tour the Klungkung market before class begins.
What you can expect
Our day begins with a vibrant trip to the local Klungkung Market, the second-largest market in Bali. Here, you will source the freshest ingredients, just as the locals do.
Next, we embark on a trek through our lush rice paddies and organic gardens to gather more produce. This hands-on approach ensures that you are intimately connected with every ingredient that goes into your dishes.
Our cooking classes take place in an open-air kitchen surrounded by breathtaking views of rice fields and our organic farm. We use traditional firewood stoves to prepare a variety of Balinese dishes, whether you prefer vegetarian or non-vegetarian options.
Enjoy your lunch, take a swim in the river nearby (optional) and then our driver will take you back to your hotel. Class will conclude by 2pm.
